this release should come as no surprise to those of you who received a Old Nick flexi vinyl promo in with your order, to me it was really just a matter of them finding a band name they could stick with... i've known the guys (+ lady) in Owel for some time and have always kept their music near to my heart... Jay & Jane even played the music for my wedding ceremony.

when coming up with an idea for the packaging, i wanted to create something that put the focus on the music, almost making it instrument on it's own... the first time i heard the opening track "snowglobe" it just seemed to make sense to find a way to embed a mini playable piano inside the jacket.

with a little internet research and an overseas wire transfer later, i was able to get a hold of all the parts, then hand assembled/glued each jacket together. hope you enjoy.
